These terms apply to the Nocetic corporate website at nocetic.com. Product accounts, subscriptions, and use of Flowly or Lovelace are covered by the relevant product terms linked below.

NOCETIC LIMITED operates this website. We are an AI software company registered in England and Wales under company number 16847226.

By using this website, you agree to these website terms. They do not create a paid subscription, replace product agreements, or change rights relating to an existing purchase.
2. Product terms and age requirement
Flowly and Lovelace have separate terms for their features, accounts, payments, and use. Those terms govern the relevant product; these website terms govern your use of nocetic.com. Open-source components remain subject to their own licences.
Our products are for people aged 18 or over who meet any higher minimum age required where they live. Parental or guardian permission does not allow someone under 18 to use them.
3. Product descriptions and examples
We aim to describe our products accurately. Available features depend on the product, device, version, plan, selected model, and connected services. Local Flowly tasks require your agent to be running and reachable.
Demonstrations and example outputs illustrate possible uses; they are not measured customer results or guarantees of a particular outcome. AI-generated content can be incomplete or wrong. Check important outputs and actions before relying on them, and obtain appropriate professional advice for decisions that require it.
Descriptions may change as products develop. That does not remove rights you have in relation to what was described or agreed when you purchased a product.
4. Purchases, cancellations, and support
This corporate website does not take subscription payments. Before purchasing, check the price, billing period, renewal conditions, and cancellation and refund information in the relevant product or app store.
Manage an existing subscription through the product or store where you purchased it. Account deletion and subscription cancellation are different actions; deleting an account may not cancel an app-store subscription. Contact us if you need help finding the right route.
These website terms impose no separate no-refund rule and do not reduce your statutory cancellation, refund, or other consumer rights. Do not send payment-card details with a support request.
5. Using the website and its content
You may browse and link to this website. Please do not attack or disrupt it, introduce malicious code, try to access non-public systems without permission, or use the site to violate another person’s rights.
Nocetic and the relevant rights holders retain rights in the site’s text, images, software, and branding. Any use permitted by applicable law or an applicable open-source licence remains permitted. Do not imply our endorsement or present our branding as your own.
We may limit abusive requests where reasonably necessary to protect the website. That is separate from any suspension or cancellation of a product account, which is governed by that product’s terms.

We link to other services for downloads, product information, and reference material. Their own terms apply when you use them. Linking to a third-party page does not guarantee the accuracy of everything on that page.
