1. Who is responsible

NOCETIC LIMITED is the controller of the personal information described in this notice. We are registered in England and Wales under company number 16847226.

Our registered office is Unit 501, Leroy House, 434–436 Essex Road, London, England, N1 3FY. For privacy questions or requests, email hakan@nocetic.com.

  • hakan@nocetic.com

2. Website and product information

This notice covers corporate website visits and correspondence, including product questions you send to our company email address. Browsing this site does not create a product account or purchase a subscription.

The product notices below explain how each product processes data. For example, Flowly distinguishes local processing, its cloud services, and the model providers you choose. If you contact us about a product, this notice covers that correspondence and the product notice covers processing within the product. Neither notice removes your legal rights.

  • Flowly — Privacy policy
  • Lovelace — Privacy policy

3. Information we receive

We receive information directly from your correspondence and technical information when your browser requests the website. Please share only what is needed for your enquiry.

  • Correspondence: your name, email address, company if provided, subject, message, attachments, and information needed to answer your question.
  • Website requests: IP address, requested page, request time, browser or device information, and technical or security events processed by the hosting service.
  • Language preference: the English or Turkish setting described in the cookies section below.
  • Please do not send passwords, API keys, full payment-card details, or unnecessary sensitive information. If you include someone else’s information, make sure you have a lawful reason to share it.

4. Why we use it and our legal bases

Under UK data protection law, we rely on the following bases for the corresponding activities:

  • Answering general, partnership, or support enquiries: our legitimate interests in communicating with people who contact us and resolving their questions.
  • Taking steps you request before entering a contract, or handling an existing contract with you: performance of that contract or those requested steps.
  • Delivering the website, diagnosing faults, and preventing abusive requests: our legitimate interests in keeping the site available and secure, balanced against your rights.
  • Handling legally required records, valid legal requests, and data-protection requests: compliance with the relevant legal obligation.

5. Who processes this information

Our team handles enquiries with the providers needed to operate this site and our email:

  • Vercel hosts and delivers the website and processes the technical requests needed to serve it.
  • Google Workspace hosts our company email, including messages and attachments sent to hakan@nocetic.com.
  • Messages submitted through the website’s contact-submission service are sent through Resend to our company inbox. Clicking an email link opens your own email app instead.
  • Information may also be disclosed to professional advisers or authorities when needed for legal obligations, legal claims, or investigating unlawful activity.
  • We do not sell the personal information covered by this notice or use it for targeted advertising.

6. Cookies and links

The site can set a first-party session cookie named NEXT_LOCALE to remember your choice of English or Turkish. It has no fixed expiry date and normally lasts for the browser session; browser session-restoration settings can keep it longer. You can remove it through your browser’s cookie controls.

The corporate website does not load advertising or optional analytics scripts. Our hosting service still processes the technical requests described above to deliver and protect the site.

Links to product sites, app stores, and other websites take you to services with their own privacy notices. Those services may set their own cookies when you visit them.

7. Processing outside your country

Our hosting and email providers operate internationally. Information may be processed outside the United Kingdom or your country, including in the United States. A London registered office does not mean that all data stays in the United Kingdom.

The providers’ data-processing terms below describe their international processing and contractual transfer safeguards, including Standard Contractual Clauses and UK transfer provisions where applicable. You can contact us for information about the recipients and safeguards applicable to your information, or to request a copy of the relevant safeguards.

  • Vercel — Data Processing Addendum
  • Google Workspace — Cloud Data Processing Addendum
  • Resend — Data Processing Addendum

8. How long information is kept

Retention depends on the purpose of the record. For enquiries, the relevant criteria are whether the question and follow-up are resolved, whether correspondence is needed for an ongoing business relationship, and whether a legal obligation or an actual or reasonably anticipated dispute requires retention. Technical records also depend on the hosting or email service’s retention settings.

Information should not be kept longer than needed for those purposes. You can ask us to review or delete correspondence relating to you. We will explain any legal reason that prevents deletion. Deleting a message from an inbox may not immediately remove provider backups or recovery copies.

9. Your choices and rights

You choose whether to contact us and what to include. Without a reply address or enough information, we may be unable to answer your enquiry. Depending on the applicable law and the processing involved, you can request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or a portable copy of your personal information.

If processing relies on your consent, you can withdraw it without affecting processing that was lawful before withdrawal. Contact hakan@nocetic.com to exercise your rights; we may need proportionate information to verify that the request is yours.

You can complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO), or to another competent data-protection authority where applicable. You do not have to contact us before making a complaint.

  • hakan@nocetic.com
  • ICO — Make a complaint

10. Your right to object

You can object to processing based on our legitimate interests for reasons relating to your particular situation. Email hakan@nocetic.com and identify the processing you object to. We will assess the request under the applicable data-protection rules.

  • hakan@nocetic.com

11. People under 18

Our products, including Flowly and Lovelace, are intended for adults aged 18 and over. This corporate site provides information about the company; it does not ask children to register or send us personal information.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18 through corporate enquiries. If you believe a person under 18 has sent us personal information, contact hakan@nocetic.com. We will investigate and, if confirmed, take steps to delete it unless retention is required by law. For product accounts, the linked product notices also apply.

12. Security and updates

The website is served over HTTPS. No online service or email channel can guarantee absolute security, so please keep sensitive details out of routine enquiries.

We will update this notice when our website practices change and show the revision date above. Where the law requires additional notice or consent, publishing a new version alone does not replace that requirement.
